Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your account and associated data from Scheduler24 by sending an email request to support@algospheretechnologies.com.

To help us process the request safely, include the email address linked to your account and enough information for us to identify the business profile or workspace involved.

What We Delete

  • account profile data held in Scheduler24
  • saved business profiles and uploaded assets
  • generated posts, captions, hashtags, prompts, and scheduling records
  • connected social channel records and stored integration metadata

Processing Time

We aim to review and process deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying account ownership. Some operational, legal, fraud-prevention, security, or financial records may be retained when required by law or legitimate business obligations.

Connected Platforms

If you connected third-party services such as Instagram or Google, you may also need to remove Scheduler24 access from those provider account settings. Deleting data from Scheduler24 does not automatically remove data already stored by external platforms.
